Review: Second one bought! it's so comfortable that I now use it every night even when I don't have a migraine. it's cool and not too tight. I did try to keep it in my refrigerator but I guess I keep mine too cold because it gave me a terrible brain freeze, keeping it in a bag in the vegetable drawer is perfect though!
