Review: 🙂 A pair of plastic hair styling tools. This is a pair of thin plastic looped tools to help style pony tails differently for those with long hair. Makes ladies pony tails look a little more dressier and fancy. Easy to use, has a a card in the packaging explaining how to use aswell.
