Review: I ordered a smart door lock that was advertised as being in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the item arrived broken and in a state that doesn’t match the description. This reflects poor quality control or misleading presentation. It’s disappointing to pay for something expecting to receive what was advertised. I can’t recommend this experience and I hope “Shein” significantly improves their quality control and how they handle situations like this. I’m disappointed, and I expect a full refund for this order. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection.
