Review: I received the item, but unfortunately it arrived broken and damaged\. I contacted you to request a return and refund, but my request was not accepted\. This is very disappointing, as the item was already damaged when I received it\. I believe I should be entitled to a return and full refund for an item that arrived in this condition .
