Review: ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT TRUST OSTARKGROUP SL I returned 4 boxes together and have not received my refund of €492.96 because Ostarkgroup SL claims the returned boxes contained rocks and stones., The photos they sent as evidence are not one of my boxes!! The boxes shown in the pictures are a different colour and size from the ones I returned. My return shipment was sent together via FedEx, and the boxes in their photos do not match my shipment. My return label has been attached to a completely different box that does not belong to me. Despite this obvious discrepancy, my refund of €492.96 has been refused based on these photos from OSTARKGROUP SL I strongly dispute their claim. The evidence provided does not relate to my return and raises serious concerns about the handling of returned goods. Customers should exercise caution when dealing with this company. please do not trust them you will lose your money!
