Review: Looks the same as product images. I read other reviews, some saying that you can feel the heat, some feel nothing at all. My own experience is that the hand feels a gradually increasing burning heat after a while, but the ankle didn't feel anything apparent. My guess is that either different skin will feel differently; or if the part of the body is cool to begin with (my ankle was cool), the heat wouldn't be as apparent. Please like if you find this helpful.
