Review: I bought these to go under a flower girl dress to give it more volume. The fit well and are not overly long (reached to around the knee). I was considering adding some ribbon straps to go over the shoulder to stop them from falling down on the younger girl as they tend to have rounder bellies and no waist to hold skirts up. I got a size 4 for a three year old and a size 6 for a small six year old and both fit fine. the tulle is soft and fluffy
