Review: This is 12cm. I had to order 2 pieces because as the full word didn't fit together in one. So if you have a long name or word that doesn't fit in a single piece, you will need to order it in 2 pieces but just make sure to choose the same font and size for both so can match. I loved how it was packed. Since it's fragile, the seller and their shein team did an excellent job 10/10 for the topper and packaging once again thank you to the seller and shein team. Keep in mind that customised products take longer than usual standard ones due to they are made to order and require extra days but to avoid disappointment order weeks before the event.
