Review: I like this work very high up personally but the third photo I included it it lower down at the hips. Fits very well both ways. It’s kinda thin but I’m wearing navy shorts under it and I don’t think you can tell! It’s super pretty when you spin, I tried capturing that in the second picture. I’m a medium usually, I wear a size 6 pants normally. It’s perfect!
