Review: Wow, this dress is GORGEOUS! The perfect summer dress. Cute, flirty and super comfortable. I love the vivid colours and flutter sleeves. I'm in love! My only critique is that like a lot of shein dresses, it's very low cut, however, a black bralette or cami top underneath will do the trick. This dress is so floaty and pretty... all I need is a straw hat and a vacay!
