Native to western North America, the Tiger Lily offers the landscape striking 3 ft tall perennial flowers that are lightly scented. Columbian lilies grow in all soil types except for heavy clay and they do not require much care to provide absolutely stunning results. Lilium columbianum prefers acidic soil types but will grow in alkaline or neutral soils as well. Space the lilies 2-3 ft apart and enjoy.
