Review: Ordered the Caramel Brown Bar Stools Set of 2, but received them in black instead. Contacted customer service on 23 June to request a replacement or refund and have been passed between departments ever since with no resolution. It feels like the delays are designed to run out the 30-day return window. Very disappointing experience — the product itself may be fine, but the customer service and return process have been a real letdown. Would think twice before ordering again unless this gets resolved.
